71 jailed in Frio, March 29 – April 20

COUNTY ARRESTS

Seventy-one individuals were arrested in Frio County between Saturday, March 29, and Sunday, April 20, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:

Buster James Lansford, of Cotulla, 07/30/1994, arrested Saturday, March 29, 3:51 a.m., driving while intoxicated.
Alexandra Rae Gonzalez, Pearsall, 04/29/1995, arrested Sunday, March 30, 10:58 a.m., warrant – failure to appear, criminal trespass; warrant – failure to appear, assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Carlos Marquez, of Pearsall, 10/03/1964, arrested Sunday, March 30, 3:50 p.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Joleen Perez, of Dilley, 07/23/2002, arrested Sunday, March 30, 8:18 p.m., assault on a peace officer/judge.
Marrisa Mendez, of San Antonio, 01/30/1994, arrested Monday, March 31, 12:33 a.m., driving while intoxicated.
Michael Corona, of Pearsall, 05/28/1993, arrested Monday, March 31, 10:19 p.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Brandon Steve Betancourt, of Pearsall, 06/10/1997, arrested Tuesday, April 1, 8:57 a.m., two counts – failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance; evading arrest or detention.
Hector Javier Valdez, of Laredo, 11/14/1990, arrested Tuesday, April 1, 11:19 a.m., warrant – unauthorized use of a vehicle.

John Adam Peralta, of Pearsall, 11/22/1989, arrested Wednesday, April 2, 8:54 a.m., warrant – failure to appear, possession of marijuana; warrant – failure to appear, evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction; burglary of habitation; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; warrant – failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance.
