COUNTY ARRESTS

Forty individuals were arrested in Frio County between Monday, April 6, and Sunday, April 19, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.

In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:

Clarrisa Pearl Edwards, of Dilley, DOB 11/13/1988, arrested Monday, April 6, 12:23 a.m., driving while intoxicated.

Neveah Danise Gentry, of Houston, DOB 10/17/2004, arrested Tuesday, April 7, 3:37 p.m., 5-day commitment – smuggling of persons.

Emmanuel Jacob Maldonado, of Pearsall, DOB 03/09/1993, arrested Wednesday, April 8, 6:40 a.m., criminal trespass.

Margie Gallardo, of Lytle, DOB 02/23/1984, arrested Wednesday, April 8, 8:50 a.m., La Salle County warrant – forgery of a government document; La Salle County warrant – theft of a public servant/goverment contractor.

Jose Angel Gonzales, of Pearsall, DOB 01/29/2003, arrested Wednesday, April 8, 10:57 a.m., failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance; failure to appear, assault causing bodily injury.

Fernando Cerda Jr., of San Antonio, DOB 01/27/2003, arrested Thursday, April 9, 4:02 a.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle; evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Crecensio Bernabe Guerra, of Pearsall, DOB 01/21/1972, arrested Thursday, April 9, 1:15 p.m., Uvalde County warrant – probation violation.

Xavier Elias Ramos, of Laredo, DOB 04/02/2008, arrested Thursday, April 9, 6:49 p.m., failure to appear, unauthorized use of a vehicle; failure to appear, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Ramon Chavarria Jr., of San Antonio, DOB 04/20/2001, arrested Friday, April 10, 9:41 a.m., commitment/smuggling of persons: pecuniary benefit.

Samantha Gonzales, of Moore, DOB 03/18/1981, arrested Friday, April 10, 4:11 p.m., manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

Juan Felipe Calderon Figueroa, of Austin, DOB 07/26/2001, arrested Friday, April 10, 11:44 p.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Prentis Tate Samora, of Pearsall, DOB 02/19/2002, arrested Sunday, April 12, 5:22 a.m., driving while intoxicated.

Tina Michelle Rodriguez, of Pearsall, DOB 02/12/1997, arrested Sunday, April 12, 7:37 a.m., motion to revoke – manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

Erick Rodriguez, of Georgetown, DOB 03/04/2002, arrested Monday, April 13, 7:36 a.m., 5-day commitment – smuggling of persons.

Eric Indian Zamora, of Poteet, DOB 07/01/1986, arrested Monday, April 13, 1:36 p.m., motion to revoke, possession of a controlled substance.

Isabel Gonzales, of Pearsall, DOB 05/07/1982, arrested Monday, April 13, 4:12 p.m., US Marshal’s warrant – smuggling of persons; probation violation.

Jose Alberto Ruiz, no address listed, DOB 09/18/1982, arrested Monday, April 13, 7:46 p.m., failure to identify as a fugitive with intent to give false info.

Juan Diego Valdes, of Carrizo Springs, DOB 01/21/1980, arrested Monday, April 13, 8:21 p.m., manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

Jesus Ramon Rafiel, of Stephenville, DOB 12/27/1999, arrested Tuesday, April 14, 1:15 a.m., driving while intoxicated.

Michael Duane Girtz, of Abilene, DOB 05/02/2007, arrested Tuesday, April 14, 3:40 p.m., motion to revoke – assault on a peace officer/judge.

Marco Jose Flores, of Dallas, DOB 12/08/1994, arrested Wednesday, April 15, 2:04 a.m., Dallas County warrant – sexual assault of a child.

Johnette Louise Hale, of Castroville, DOB 05/15/2007, arrested Wednesday, April 15, 6:33 a.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Beau Hunter Gosch, of Alvin, DOB 12/05/2005, arrested Wednesday, April 15, 9:29 p.m., liquor violation.

Michael Anthony Pottin, of Pearsall, DOB 06/15/1986, arrested Thursday, April 16, 4:58 a.m., driving while intoxicated, second.

Amy Villarreal-Gonzales, of Pearsall, DOB 04/27/1985, arrested Thursday, April 16, 9:01 a.m., warrant – motion to revoke, possession of a dangerous drug.

Leiann Marie Cruz, of Dilley, DOB 03/23/1987, arrested Thursday, April 16, 4:19 p.m., Frio County warrant – failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance.

Luterio Benavidez, of Pearsall, DOB 03/03/1971, arrested Friday, April 17, 5:06 p.m., possession of a controlled substance; liquor violation (public intoxication); failure to identify giving false/fictitious info; possession of marijuana; resisting arrest, search or transport.

Richard Anthony Rodriguez, of Pearsall, DOB 07/31/1991, arrested Friday, April 17, 9:05 p.m., theft of property.

San Juan Evaristo Quilimaco, of Pearsall, DOB 04/02/1983, arrested Friday, April 17, 9:14 p.m., theft of property.

Joe Reyna Escobedo, of Pearsall, DOB 08/03/1992, arrested Friday, April 17, 9:33 p.m., possession of a controlled substance; criminal trespass.

Juan Manuel Diaz, of Pearsall, DOB 10/30/2008, arrested Saturday, April 18, 12:53 a.m., tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair; evading arrest or detention; possession of a controlled substance.

Simon Gonzales, of Pearsall, DOB 02/27/1958, arrested Saturday, April 18, 5:22 a.m., bond forfeiture – two counts, possession of a controlled substance.

Adan Joseph Cruz Huerta, of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, DOB 09/08/1993, arrested Saturday, April 18, 6:01 a.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Adriana Lynn Ledezma, of Pearsall, DOB 08/13/1999, arrested Saturday, April 18, 6:42 a.m., liquor violation.

Pate Deshawn Mitchell, of Rusk, Texas, DOB 09/02/1997, arrested Saturday, April 18, 9:44 a.m., smuggling of persons.

Jeanill Leah Watson Garces, of Atascosa, DOB 02/16/1987, arrested Saturday, April 18, 4:26 p.m., failure to identify giving false/fictitious info; unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Lissette Cuevas, of San Antonio, DOB 08/24/2004, arrested Saturday, April 18, 8:02 p.m., commitment – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Juan Jesus Soto, of Dilley, DOB 03/13/1989, Sunday, April 19, 3:36 a.m., prohibited substance/item in correctional/civil committment facility; driving while intoxicated.

Junior Angel Nash, of Pearsall, DOB 12/10/2001, arrested Sunday, April 19, 6:56 p.m., criminal trespass.

Horacio Peralta, of Pearsall, DOB 09/22/1983, arrested Sunday, April 19, 7:19 p.m., failure to appear, criminal trespass of a habitation/shelter/superfund/infrastructure; failure to appear – possession of a controlled substance; failure to appear – possession of marijuana; evading arrest or detention with previous conviction.
