Grand Opening

LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEADERS from Cotulla and La Salle County joined family and friends of Pedro Concha and his wife in celebrating the official opening of the newly built El Patron restaurant in the Las Palmas business park beside IH-35 in Cotulla on Friday morning, February 21. The restaurant replaces a former popular eatery nearby, owned by the family, and features a full-size bar and a menu covering Tex-Mex and Mexican cuisine, appetizers, traditional foods, and a new selection of seafood entrees. Cutting the ribbon with the Concha family last week were La Salle County Judge Leodoro Martinez III, Cotulla Mayor Sandra Luna, La Salle County Sheriff Hector Ramirez, and Commissioners Raul Ayala, Erasmo Ramirez, and Noel Niavez.
