Jesus V. Garcia, 68, of Pearsall, died on July 27, 2020. He was born on August 21, 1951, in Laredo to Jose Angel Garcia and Rufina Velasquez Garcia.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and by nephew Dimas Romero Jr.
He is survived by his children, Jesus Angel Garcia and wife Veronica, Abel Lee Garcia and wife Cerna, Jacob Andrew Garcia and wife Vanessa, Veronica Deleon and husband Rocky, Tony Garcia and Jesus Garcia; sisters Elena Garcia, Josefina Brown, Ramona Romero and Juanita Emma Martinez; and by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 3, at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. A rosary was recited at the chapel at 1 p.m. Funeral mass was held at 2 p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment followed at the VFW Cemetery.
