Domingo Zapata Jr., 77, of Dilley, died on December 8, 2021 at his home. He was born on February 14, 1943 to Domingo Zapata Sr. and Juanita Zapata.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Sylvia Zapata, daughters Gloria Zapata, Belen Perez and son-in-law Noel Cantu Sr.

Domingo is survived by his wife Gloria Zapata of Pearsall, sons Domingo Zapata III (Rosalinda) of San Antonio, Emiliano Zapata of Pearsall, Raul Zapata (Irene) of Pearsall, daughter Dahlia Arriazola (Johnny) of Dilley, Cynthia Zapata of Dilley, and Sandra Cantu of Dilley, brother Juan Zapata (Alicia) of Indiana, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
