Catarina V. Carrizales, 94, of Pearsall, died on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, in San Antonio.

She is preceded by her husband Raul Carrizales, parents Cresencio and Timotea Vinton, son Roberto Carrizales, daughter Lucinda Robinson, granddaughter Jessica, grandson Julio Roel Jr., great grandson David Jacob Rodriguez, brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children Alvesa Roel, Gloria Rodriguez and husband Nicolas Jr., Raul Carrizales Jr. and wife Susie, Rolando Carrizales and wife Anita, Leonel Carrizales and wife Susana, 17 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosary was recited Monday, February 21 at 9 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment followed at the Frio County Cemetery.
