Louis J. “LJ” Vitopil Jr., 85, died on February 24, 2022.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Beth Vitopil and grandson Brandon Black.

Louis is survived by his sons Anthony Vitopil, George Black and Gregory Dean Black (Lindsey), daughters Gina Edwards-Whitfiled (Randall), Laura Vitopil-Greenaway (Timothy) and Cindy Allen-Kieke, sister Dorothy Hildebrand, grandchildren Jarred Cole Vitopil, Tyler Louis Vitopil, Hunter Rex Edwards, Logan Joseph Edwards, Timothy Dylan Heveron, Nicole Elizabeth Heveron, Ginger Vasquez, Kody Wyatt Black, Kolton Bonner Black and Bailey Black, great-granchildren Olivia Rene Edwards and Bellamy Black and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on March 3 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Pearsall. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Pearsall Cemetery.
