Zescario Benavides, 71, of Dilley, died on March 24, 2022, in Pearsall. He was born on March 4, 1951 to Porfirio Benavides and Simona G. Benavides.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Benavides is survived by his wife Marlene Carreon Benavides, children Cesario Benavides Jr., Thomas Benavides, Marisol Benavides, Joe Benavides, Barbara Escobedo and Amy Benavides. He is also survived by six sisters and two brothers, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 31 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Pearsall from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a prayer service at 11 a.m. Services will conclude after visitation.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels.
