The city of Cotulla and the Main Street Program hosted their first Valentine’s Day decorating contest Tuesday, February 14, with a number of downtown businesses and service providers decorating their storefronts in the Valentine theme. Participants included JPats Dry Cleaning Services, which won the Judge’s Choice award; the Wintergarden Women’s Shelter with the Peoples’ Choice award; the La Salle County Farm Bureau and Linda Morena Boutique. Judging was provided by Frio County Deputy Samantha Lopez.
