Elizabeth Kay Jones Hoffman, 53, died on August 27, 2023. She was born on October 10, 1969

She is survived by her husband Charles (Charlie) Hoffman, mother Mary Jane Jones, her son Quentin, daughter-in-law Schannon and grandson Theo. She is also survived by her sister Jamie Walker and brother George Jones, nieces Harlie Walker and Chloe Ortiz and nephews Cash and Outlaw Walker along with her longtime friend Deborah Reynolds. She is also survived by her aunt Annie O’Connor and her uncle David Moore.

Elizabeth had a love for animals especially for Sister Doctor Hoffman, her constant companion. They enjoyed many miles of long walks and deep conversations.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 7 at 12 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary in San Antonio. Funeral services were held on Thursday, September 7 at 1  p.m. in the Porter Loring Mortuary Chapel. Graveside services were also held on Thursday, September 7 at 3:30 p.m. in the Gonzalez Cemetery in Pleasanton.
