Jose Seniseros Garza, 80, died on October 10, 2023, in San Antonio. He was born on October 15, 1943, to Jose and Refugia Garza in Pearsall.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Joel Garza and son Jose Garza III.
Jose is survived by his wife Madeline Mello, daughter Belen Pardo (Ray) and sons Edward Garza, John Garza (Candie), Ronald Garza (Julie), his siblings Noe Garza, Jaime Garza Sr., Moises Garza (Adriana), Dora DeLeon (Abelino), and Elva Tristan, numerous grandchildren including Bianca Pardo, Breanne Pardo, Edward Garza Jr., Joseph Garza, Cassandra Garza, April Garza, Eric Garza, Olivia Garza and Sophia Garza, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A lifelong farmer, Jose had a passion for agriculture and could always be found tending to his crops or caring for his livestock.
A Rosary was recited on Friday, October 13, at 9 a.m. followed by a celebration of mass at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall. Interment followed at the Pearsall Cemetery.
