Gilberto “Beto” G. Ramos, 89, of Uvalde, died on May 20, 2024 at University Hospital in San Antonio. He was born on September 23, 1934 in Pearsall to Carlos Ramos Sr. and Petra Gonzales Ramos.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Beatriz Flores Ramos, grandson Richard Sterling Knight and brother Carlos Ramos Jr.

Beto is survived by his children Diana Gonzales of Alpine and Yolanda King (Frank) of Uvalde, grandchildren Nicole Bollier (Aaron) of Austin, Candice Tijerina of Ingram, Andrea Summer Hall (Steven) of Bandera and Sierra Taylor King (Efrain) of San Marcos.

No services were held at the funeral home at this time. Anyone wishing to give condolences can do so on the funeral home website.
