Reyes, 80

Juan Reyes, 80, of Dilley, died on May 26, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on May 27, 1943 in Cotulla to Andres Reyes and Angelita Gonzalez Reyes.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Martin Reyes and Isaac Reyes.

Reyes is survived by his wife Luz Cruz Reyes, children Andrea Alonzo (Larry), Steven Reyes (Nora), Anette Reyes and Juan Pablo Ramirez, siblings Andres Reyes Jr., Feliz Reyes and Chana Salazar. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 30 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Dilley from 3 to 9 p.m. A Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Funeral mass was celebrated on Friday, May 31 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, at 10 a.m. Interment followed at the Dilley Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels, Dilley.
