Rosa Ramirez, 91, died on October 4, 2024. She was born on December 31, 1932 to Silverio and Pascuala Del Real.

She is preceded in death by her husband Rafael Ramirez, grandchildren Desaree Maldonado and Leonardo Maldonado, and siblings Elena Martinez, Manuel Del Real, Luz Velasquez, Petra Carrizales, Tiofielo Del Real and Carmen Martínez.

Rosa is survived by her children Rafael Ramirez Jr. (Guadalupe), Jose Alberto Ramirez (Mandy), Rachel Ramirez, Rogelio Ramirez, and Romeo Ramirez (Bertha). She also leaves behind her brother Guadalupe Del Real, along with 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.

Pallbearers include Romeo Ramirez Jr., Robert Ramirez, Michael Ramirez, Jose Alberto Ramirez II, Derrick Ramirez and Anthony Ramirez. Honorary pallbearers are Mellonie and Melaine Maldonado.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 9 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel in Dilley from 3 to 9 p.m. A Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 10 at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment followed at the Dilley cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel, Dilley.
