Fidel Romero Jr.

Fidel Romero Jr., 67, of Cotulla, died on June 16, 2025. He was born on March 13, 1958, to Fidel G. Romero Sr. and Enemencia S. Romero.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Fidel is survived by his wife Raquel Romero, children Odessa Romero-Ramon (Horacio Ramon), Fidel Romero III (Beronica Romero), and Esiquiel Romero (Deena Romero), grandchildren Aaron X. Romero, Ariana R. Romero, Zeke Romero Jr., Zachary Romero, Zoe Romero, Leala Romero, Kassidy Romero, Pierce Ramirez, Aaron Ramirez, and his great-grandson, Dominic. He also leaves behind many extended family and friends.

Fidel had a lifelong passion for classic cars and he often referred to his 1967 Chevelle as the second love of his life.

Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced by the family.
