Jesus R Alvarado Jr., 55, died on July 11, 2025. He was born on May 4, 1970, to Jesus Alvarado Sr. and Delma R. DeLeon.

He is preceded in death by his mother and grandson Malachi Alvarado.

Alvarado is survived by his children Kasarah Alvarado (Joel Perales), Jesus A. (Yasmine) Alvarado III, Kassondra Alvarado (Raul Diaz), Abran Alvarado (Brianna Flores), Abrianna Alvarado, and Jessalyn Alvarado, mothers of his children Cynthia Aguero and Sharyl Silgero, 16 grandchildren, his father Marcos DeLeon and biological father, Jesus Alvarado, siblings, Amparo (Rene) Cruz, Esteban (San Juanita) Alvarado, Omar (Melinda) DeLeon, George (Stephanie) DeLeon, Jessica Garcia and Emma Alvarado.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16 at Peters Funeral Home from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Inurnment will be held at a later date.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Peters Funeral Home, Cotulla.
