Marjorie Jean Bigham

Marjorie Jean Bigham, 98, died on Sunday, June 14, 2026. A longtime resident of Pearsall, she was bron on September 22, 1927 Marjorie lived a life filled with love, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to her family and community.

She is preceded in death by her late husband, William Ralph Leverrett and Thomas Oliver Bigham, sister Jamie Finch and her parents Morten Boren and Lake Orme.

Marjorie is survived by her children William Paul Leverett (Sandra) of Cartersville, Georgia, Camille Jean Suprenant of Pleasanton, Kenneth Franklin Leverett (Susan) of Middletown, Pennsylvania, and Carlton Leverett (Peggy) of Pearsall. Marjorie is also survived by sister Billie Dean Gulley of Pearsall, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

A public viewing was held on Monday, June 22 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Pearsall. A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. A burial will follow at the Pearsall Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to The Gideons International in her honor.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Primrose Funeral Services, Pearsall.
