Alice Elaine Butler

Alice Elaine Butler, died on July 15, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother Lucy May Murray, parents Jimmy and Ruth Butler, and her brother Joe Roy Butler.

Alice is survived by her brother Glenn Butler and his wife Karen of Corpus Christi, brother Chester Butler of Beeville, and sister Priscilla Russell and her husband Trent of San Antonio, nieces and nephews Julie and Jena Russell of San Antonio, Joshua Butler and his wife Jennifer of Corpus Christi, great niece Anneston of Corpus Christi, and nephew Steven Butler of Corpus Christi.

Alice had a diverse career path, ending with her retirement as a devoted Wedding and Special Events Coordinator at the Omni Hotel.

Alice enjoyed camping, hunting, and tending to her yard and had a great love for animals.

In addition to her family, Alice had many friends, including lifelong companions Linda Proctor Hood and Carrie Harney

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 16 at 11 a.m. at the Dilley Baptist Church. The family extended their thanks to Shelby Prasek, Nicole Gilliam and Deborah Hughes                                                                         Darling for their help and support.
