Cleotilde (Coti) Flores Martinez

Cleotilde (Coti) Flores Martinez, 82, died on Sunday, June 14, 2026. She was born on January 25, 1944 to Ofilia De La Cruz Flores and Apolonio Flores in Villa Hidalgo, Coahuila, Mexico.

She is preceded in death by siblings Melida Martinez, Virginia Avila, Marta Irma Castillo, Martin Flores, Jesus Flores, and Alvaro Flores.

Coti is survived by her sister Guadalupe (the late Jose) Avila and her brother Apolonio (Maria) Flores and 39 nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 17 at Peters Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be on Thursday, June 18 at 10 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment followed at the Cotulla West Cemetery.

In her later years, she was under the care of Avir Nursing Home, formerly known as Las Palmas Nursing Home.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Peters Funeral Home, Cotulla.
