David R. Hernandez

David R. Hernandez, 59, died on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, in Denton. He was born on December 15, 1965, to Manuel V. Hernandez and Teresa Rodriguez Hernandez.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Daniel Hernandez and Manuel Hernandez Jr., and his grandparents Trifon and Dionicia Rodriguez.

David is survived by his siblings Rudy and Teresa Longoria, Joe and Melissa Hernandez, Raul and Virginia Quinonez, Valeria Vasquez, and Enrique Hernandez. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Veronica M. Hernandez and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers included Jose Hernandez III, Raul Quinonez, Mark Hernandez, Luis Vasquez, Moses Vasquez, Isaiah Vasquez, Darrell Hernandez, Raul Longoria, John Longoria and Silvester Hernandez.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 10 at San Pablo Methodist Church in Pearsall at 9 a.m. Interment followed at the Frio County Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels, Pearsall.
